Customer Service Centres and Community Hubs
Access to our Customer Service Centres and Community Hubs is by prior appointment only. Our onsite payment machines will not be in operation.
We have introduced an appointment system for our Customer Service Centres and Community Hubs to help us to provide a face-to-face service for the small number of people who need it the most. We will not be able to help people who visit our sites without an appointment.
To book an appointment, please complete our online booking form or call 01354 654321. We will then advise you on how we can help.
Please don't book an appointment if:
- you are wanting to make a payment or use our payment machines as they are still not in operation. Payments can still be made online, through PayPoint or by phone.
- you, or someone in your household, has had symptoms or tested positive for Covid-19 within the past 14 days
- you (or with help from friends and family) can access our services yourself online
