Due to the Coronavirus, access to our Customer Service Centres and Community Hubs is by prior appointment only. Our onsite payment machines will not be in operation.
To maintain social distancing and safely manage customer footfall, we have introduced an appointment system for our Customer Service Centres and Community Hubs. This will help us to provide a face-to-face service for the small number of people who need it the most. We will not be able to help people who visit our sites without an appointment.
To book an appointment, please complete our online booking form or call 01354 654321. We will then advise you on how we can help.
Please don't book an appointment if:
