What to do if your bin is lost, damaged or stolen

Please contact us if you think you need a replacement bin. You can do this by calling 01354 654321.

You may need a replacement bin if it has:

become lost
been stolen
been significantly damaged
fallen into our collection lorry

If your bin is lost or stolen, we suggest waiting two weeks before requesting a new one. This is because most missing bins turn up during this time. We can give you sacks in the meantime to tide you over.

Once you have submitted your report, we will contact you within five working days to discuss your request. We will also arrange for temporary sacks to be sent to your property to tide you over.
