Developer Contributions SPD

The Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) supports Policy LP13 Part (b) of the Fenland Local Plan.

It provides clarity to developers, planning officers, stakeholders and local residents about the Council's approach to seeking developer contributions. 

Following public consultation, it was adopted at Full Council in February 2015 and became effective from 6 April 2015. 

It should be read alongside the Council's Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP).
