Draft Gambling Act - revised Statement of Principles 2025-2028

In line with legislation we must review our policy every 3 years, and our current policy expires on 31 January 2025. We would be grateful if you would take the time to read the draft policy document and make comment upon it during the consultation period.

The 4 week consultation period runs from 23 September 2024 until 20 October 2024.

The draft policy has minimal changes and are mainly change of dates and statistic updates.

Consultation responses can be emailed to licensing@fenland.gov.uk and must be received by 20 October 2024.
