We are making improvements to our website this year, so payment options for the 2026/27 service have changed temporarily.

Subscription options

• One‑off card payment: Pay a single card payment of £60 and enjoy the service through to March 2027.
• Annual subscription: Choose an annual recurring card payment of £49 and stay subscribed automatically.
• Annual subscription (from May): Direct debits will be available again from May, allowing you to subscribe annually for £49.

Garden Waste Subscription - enhanced website

This year, garden waste subscriptions will be completed and managed through our new enhanced website.

To register for the service or manage your existing subscription, you'll need to create an account online.

• Manage your Garden Waste subscription at any time
• Report missed bins directly to our crews
• Receive service updates
• Manage your waste and recycling service requests in one place

Over the next few months, we'll be adding more features to the website, including:

• Manage our new Food Waste service launching Summer 2026
• Manage a Bulky Waste collection via your account
• Manage multiple services via your account (e.g. requesting additional bins, assisted collections)
• Improved notifications and alerts
• Registering & managing your Garden Waste Direct Debit subscriptions
