Our deadline for Expressions of Interest to cater at our 2024 events was 5pm on Monday 26th February 2024. If you missed this deadline we will still retain your contact information for future events.
If you are interested in providing catering in future, please can we ask that you tick the events you wish to attend and provide a copy of your menu that includes the actual prices you will be charging the public on the day.
All of your menus will be viewed by the organising community committees, who will opt for the food options they feel will be most suitable for each event. The chosen cuisines may change each year.
We will endeavour to offer as many caterers as possible at least one event, but please be aware this unfortunately may not be possible where there are multiple caterers of the same cuisine and/or if many caterers apply.
