Hiring Out Horses Licence Application

Before you start your application, please be aware that you will be asked for information about:

- You and your business
- Your establishment
- The accommodation and facilities for the horses
- Your horses
- Qualifications held by the manager of the establishment
- The vetinary surgeon used by your business
- Any disqualifications or convictions of persons who will have control or management of the establishment

There is not the option to save the form and return to it later so please make sure you have relevant information to hand.

Supporting documents

You will be asked to upload the following files to support your application. Please make sure you have digital copies ready.

- A plan of the premises
- Your insurance policy
- Qualifications, or evidence of experience
- Your staff training policy
- Written procedures detailing information within GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Emergency plan

Fees

You will be asked to pay the application and inspection fee at the end of this form. The licence fee and vet fee (for new applications only) are due to be paid after your inspection and before the grant of the licence.
