Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant Application

The government has instructed the Council to pay grants of either £2,667, £4,000 or £6,000 to businesses registered for business rates operating in the hospitality, leisure and accommodation sectors.
In order to obtain the grant all businesses are requested to confirm using this form that they meet the eligibility requirements and wish to receive the grant.
Please confirm that the statements below are correct *
1. My business was trading on 30 December 2021 and was not in liquidation, dissolved, struck off or subject to a striking-off notice
2. I am the responsible ratepayer and/or I am an individual authorised to apply for a grant on behalf of a business liable for business rates
3. The business to which this application relates operates in the hospitality, leisure or accommodation sector (please note this excludes all retail businesses, personal beauty businesses, animal boarding facilities and those businesses whose main or only service is take-away food)
4. The business will not be in breach of domestic subsidy rules by accepting this grant. See summary in the next section
5. The bank details for my business are unchanged from those used for the most recent business grant I received from Fenland District Council
6. My business wishes to apply for a business grant on the basis set out above

Successful applicants will receive their grant within 10 working days of completing this form. Grants will be paid into the account used for the most recent business grant received by the applicant.
