2.	To elect a Chairman for the period to the next Annual Meeting and to resolve that an allowance of £4,120 plus travelling expenses to be paid to the person elected.
3.	To elect a Vice Chairman for the period to the next Annual Meeting and to resolve that an allowance of £1,000 plus travelling expenses to be paid to the person elected.

8.	To receive questions from, and provide answers to, councillors in relation to matters which, in the opinion of the Chairman, accord with the provisions of Procedure Rules 8.4 and 8.6.
