Thanks for your interest in taking part in an Active Fenland session. Please complete this form to request a place on your session of choice. To find out more about the Active Fenland sessions available, take a look at our timetable.

We endeavour to reply to all booking requests within five working days. In rare cases, demand is so high that we may not be able to reply to everyone.

Please be aware that your place is only confirmed if you are notified as such by email. To avoid disappointment, please do not attend the session without this confirmation. For paid-for sessions, payment must be received before your place is confirmed.

Active Fenland office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Outside office hours or last-minute bookings are not dealt with until the next working day.

1. • Participation in any exercise or activity is done so at your own risk.
  • If you have an injury or any medical condition that might make taking part detrimental to your health, you should consult your doctor or a health professional before taking part.
  • If you have an injury or medical condition which could affect you while exercising but have been given the go ahead by a health professional to exercise, please let us know of your condition before the sessions so we are able to inform the instructor.
  • If you feel an exercise is not suitable for you during the session, please stop immediately.

Booking Conditions
1. Active Fenland office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Outside office hours or last-minute bookings are not dealt with until the next working day. Completing a booking form does not confirm a place on the course. A participant booking is not confirmed until all details are provided, payment is received, and the booking is confirmed via email. Please do not attend the session without this confirmation.
  
  Please allow others a fair opportunity to access sessions by only signing up to sessions you are able to attend. To be fair to all, if you do not attend a session after making a booking then your place on following sessions may be given to those on our waiting list.

Photography Consent
1. Occasionally we will take photos at our sessions for promotional purposes. These photos may be used for promotional activities, newsletters, on our social media channels and on our website. These photos may also be shared with partners and media outlets, for instance local newspapers. Please tick the box below if you are happy to consent to this.
