Recommendation for FDC to enter into a Grant
Funding Agreement with CPCA and CCC allowing CCC to enter into a
contract with a construction firm to deliver the Broad Street and
Riverside aspects of the Future High Street Fund programme, with
FDC funding the Future High Street Element of the construction to
the construction company through CCC.
