Draft Memorandum of Understanding between MHCLG and Fenland District Council setting out the terms upon which the Community Champion Fund will be allocated. Legal and Governance Implications. MHCLG require all recipients of the Community Champions Fund to enter into a standard Memorandum of Understanding which sets out the terms upon which the funding will be provided. In conjunction with this Fenland District Council will enter into similar agreements with the recipients of the funding, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements necessary for the protection and promotion of the interests of all concerned. Financial Implications. This grant is wholly funded by MHCLG and we are putting in place grant agreements with partner organisations to protect the Council’s interest.
