To delay the delivery and implementation of domestic food waste service by 5 months, with dedicated flatted and communal collection properties to follow this in a planned manner. 

Decision:

The Portfolio Holder for Refuse and Recycling, Parks and Open Spaces has decided to inform Defra of a change to implementation deadlines due to delays to the delivery of essential equipment such as vehicles.
