To redevelop the leisure centre, the removal of the existing rifle range, that forms the front of the facility is necessary. That being the case the Rifle Club will be served a Section 25 notice pertinent to their existing lease meaning that the Club will need to vacate the premises to allow the redevelopment to proceed.
