11/08/2025 - Agreement to proceed with the engagement of Wilby Burnett led design and construction management team for the delivery of the Fenland Inspire! project at 11-12 High Street Wisbech

To appoint the design team led by Wilby Burnett to design tender and project manage the delivery of 11/12 High Street Wisbech through to completion of RIBA Stage 6.

 

There is a braek at the end of RIBA Stage 4 to allow Cabinet to review the tenders and projected cost prior to development commitment.
