MEMBERS OF THE LICENSING COMMITTEE CONSIDERED THE APPLICATION AND, AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE FINDINGS, WERE SATISFIED THAT THE OPERATOR IS UNFIT TO HOLD AN OPERATOR’S LICENCE AND THE LICENCE IS REVOKED FORTHWITH.
