Developer Agreement Chatteris (Confidential Item) To consider a developer agreement in Chatteris Minutes: Members considered the Confidential Report – Developer Agreement Chatteris presented by Councillor Seaton on behalf of Councillor Mason.
There were no objections to Councillor Sutton staying in the room for this item.
Cabinet AGREED to endorse the following recommendations as outlined in the confidential report:
· Accept the proposed changes and variations as outlined in the report and agree to the revised heads of terms as included at Appendix 1 · That approval of the detailed terms of the disposal contract are delegated to the Corporate Director (Growth and Infrastructure) and Corporate Director (Finance) in consultation with the Leader of the Council, the Portfolio Holder for Growth and the Portfolio Holder for Finance.
