To confirm and sign the minutes of the Cabinet meetings held at 2pm and 5pm 13 September 2018

The minutes of the two meetings of 13 September 2018 were confirmed and signed. 

To review the Council’s Treasury Management activity for the first six months of 2018/19. 

Members considered the Treasury Management Strategy Statement & Annual Investment Strategy Mid-Year Review 2018/19 presented by Councillor Mrs Hay. 

Cabinet AGREED:

·       To note the report.

·       To recommend to Council that the:

o   Treasury Management Strategy is updated to allow use of Constant Net Asset Value (CNAV), Low Volatility Net Asset Value (LVNAV) and Variable Net Asset Value (VNAV) Money Market Funds, as detailed in paragraph 3.1.
