3. Application for the Review of a Personal Licence made under the Provisions of the Licensing Act 2003, Section 132A

Decision:

Given that the licence holder has been convicted of relevant offences under the Licensing Act 2003, failed to notify the Licensing Authority and following representations from Cambridgeshire Police, the Sub-Committee took the decision to REVOKE the Personal Licence to uphold the licensing objectives, in particular the crime and disorder licensing objective.
