Attached reasons comprise EXEMPT INFORMATION which is not for publication by virtue of Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

Alternative options considered:

Do nothing, continue to receive peppercorn rent for next 43 years rather than the proposed capital receipt.

 

Sell site for development; this is not possible as the Parish Council has a lease on the site which does not expire until 2069.
