To place an order to the value of £18,348 with Alliance Leisure to pay additional fees for the Planning Application for the Manor Redevelopment.
The total planning fees for the Manor redevelopment are £34,220 as opposed to the £15,872 previously advised due to a disregard for the council discount to a DC.
The LPA will confirm the fees when the padel info is submitted but should be correct based on what is advised by the Validation Officer.
Reasons for the decision:
Following submission of the planning application the LPA Validation Officer advised that the discount for Councils is not applicable to a DC, only Town or Parish Council. This order increases the value of planning fees to those now advised by the LPA.
