Environmental Services Supervisor (Apprenticeship) - 18 Months Fixed Term - Closing: 08.10.2024

Band 6 £30,296 - £33,945 career graded post

A developmental opportunity has arisen in the environmental services team to complete a Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisory Apprenticeship over a fixed term contract.  The suitable candidates will be offered access to local colleges or online/blended learning opportunities alongside their work within the team.

Candidates will have an HGV Licence and need to be willing to work a variable shift pattern of 4 days across Monday to Friday with time allowed for studies and be willing to cover for colleagues across all the environmental services frontline roles at short notice, whilst also taking on recycling education, the monitoring of safe systems of work, assisting customers and similar work supporting the environmental services supervisory team.

Maths and English qualifications are preferred, but training can be provided if required.
