Environmental Projects Officer - 2-year Fixed Term Contract - Closing 11.12.2023

£28,371 to 32,020 per annum

Full time (37 hours per week) - 2-year fixed position

Fenland District Council is seeking someone who would like to lead a high profile and very successful community engagement and behaviour change projects.

We are looking for a person to lead and empower communities to look after their local environment and strive to make a difference.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone wishing to lead a high-profile project.

You will need to be a reliable, determined and enthusiastic person. You will need to be approachable, tactful, dynamic and very motivational. You should have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, so you are able to influence others.

Flexible and occasional evening and weekend working is essential to this post.  You will need to hold a full UK driving licence.  The position is subject to a full Criminal Records Bureau disclosure.
