15 Month Fixed Term Contract - 22 hours a week
Are you an excellent communicator, a problem solver, passionate about helping people and wanting to make a positive difference to the communities of Fenland?
Following a successful bid, we have been granted government funding under the Safer Streets imitative to employ a part time Community Safety Support Officer on a 15-month fixed term contract. (22.5 hours a week at Band 5)
You will be part of a small team, working to resolve issues of community concern in partnership with other internal teams and external agencies, voluntary organisations, and the community to seek sustainable solutions which will have a positive impact upon creating a safer Fenland. With a specific focus on Wisbech to further develop the work of the Community Safety Partnership's Safer Wisbech Project.
This will include the delivery of community engagement initiatives to further reduce the impact of crime and anti-social behaviour on individuals, families, and the wider community.
