Book of Condolence
Following the announcement of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, residents can pay tribute and express their thoughts and messages through a Book of Condolence.
Paper Books of Condolence for residents to pay tribute, and express their thoughts, will be open from Friday 9 September.
They will be open at the following Fenland District Council Customer Service Centres:
- Fenland Hall, County Rd, March, PE15 8NQ (9am to 4pm Monday to Friday)
- Boathouse Business Centre, 1 Harbour Square, Wisbech, PE13 3BH (9am to 4pm Monday to Friday)
- Chatteris Library, 2 Furrowfields Road, PE16 6DY (during library opening hours)
- Whittlesey Library, 31-35 Market Street, PE7 1BA (during library opening hours)
Online Books of Condolence
An official online book of condolence is available on the Royal Family website.
An online book of condolence has also been set-up by Fenland District Council. Messages left will be saved as a local archive. You can sign this local online book of condolence.
