Fenland District Council is set to host a free landlord support event later this month and is inviting local landlords and agents to take part.
The free online forum will offer landlords and agents in the Fenland area the chance to put their questions to a panel of professionals and will cover all aspects of the private housing rental sector.
The panel will include attendees from the Peterborough Environment City Trust (PECT), Supported Housing Fellowship, as well as the Council's Environmental Services, Grant Projects, Community Safety and Private Sector Housing teams.
The event will feature a number of presentations from partners and aims to keep those in the sector informed of both their current legal responsibilities and any changes that may be on the horizon.
Councillor Samantha Hoy, the Council's Portfolio Holder for Housing, said: "This event offers landlords and agents a fantastic opportunity to raise any questions or concerns they may have directly with local authorities and helps them to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry."
"The forum will be the sixth of its kind and previous events have all been very warmly received by attendees, so I would encourage landlords and agents to register their interest today to ensure they don't miss out."
The event will be held online via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 27th April from 6pm to 8pm. No additional software is required to join the event as attendees will be able to join through their web browser. Those who wish to attend are asked to confirm their attendance by midnight on Monday 25th April at the latest.
