My Fenland Post, Planning Assistant & Contact Call Centre Call Handler - closing 05.12.2021

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the My Fenland Team. We are looking for a customer focused individual who will thrive on working as part of a busy and lively customer services team to join us.

1 x Full time (37 hours per week) temporary position for 6 months available

Hours 08:15 - 16:15

The My Fenland team's key objective is to deliver excellent customer service at the first point of contact for all our customers.

We work closely with services across the council to support them with a wide range of tasks and activities including the receipt and dispatch of all mail, including deliveries to Fenland Hall.

In addition, we work with our planning team to ensure that applications are scanned and indexed and consultation responses are logged, redacted and uploaded into the DMS (Document Management System).

Working from Fenland Hall in March, you will also be working in our Telephone Contact centre dealing with multiple enquires about a wide range of the Council's services via phone, email and via our website. You will need to be passionate about customer service, have excellent communication skills and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be given.

Previous experience of working in a similar environment would be an advantage although is not essential as full training will be given.

Salary range 3, £19,123 - £21,322 national pay award pending. Working pattern to reflect the needs of the business and will include some Saturday working.
