Have your say on our updated Gambling Policy

A consultation has been launched to seek views on our draft Gambling Statement of Principles for 2022-2025.

Consultation 2

There is a requirement for Fenland District Council to review its Gambling Policy (Statement of Principles) every three years. The policy document sets out our approach to the Council's licensing functions in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005.

We are inviting comments on the draft revised Gambling Policy, which will take effect from 31 January 2022 and replace the policy previously in force. We'd like to hear from all interested parties including residents and those running businesses in the district.

When the consultation has ended we will consider your responses and make any appropriate amendments to the Statement of Principles. The final draft will be considered and agreed at a meeting of the Full Council. The closing date for comments is 8 November 2021.

Visit our Licensing Consultations page for more information.
