West March Draft Broad Concept Plan

In May 2021 we asked for your views on the draft Broad Concept Plan (BCP) for West March. The BCP will help shape the strategic urban extension to West March, which will deliver around 2,000 new homes, at least one new primary school, open green spaces, and a local centre with shops and facilities, as well as associated infrastructure.

The consultation finished on Monday 14th June with more than 200 responses being received via SurveyMonkey and through letters. The Broad Concept Plan application, including the results of the public consultation, was presented to the Planning Committee on Wednesday 14th July.
