'Shaping Fenland's Future Together'

The Fenland Strategic Partnership (FSP) is a dynamic and experienced group of representatives from public, private, community and voluntary sector organisations.

Our vision is to ensure that Fenland is a district where there is a high quality of life for all, now and in the future, a great place to learn, work, live and visit- a place to be proud of.

Much valuable work is already going on in the area and the FSP aims to add value to this by

• Setting out this clear vision
• Defining ways in which, by working in a more 'joined-up' way, we can deliver much more together than through working as single organisations/agencies
• Describing all of this in an action plan that everyone can see and easily understand
• Publicly reporting our performance so everyone can check on how well we are doing

The FSP has been developing its role since 2002 and much has happened since then. This year Fenland is the first District to completely align all planning processes with those of Central Government and with key regional/ local partners, in order to give the achievement of our vision the best chance of success.
