What is an Optimum Card?

The Optimum Leisure Card offers a 11% discount at the Fenland District Council's three Leisure Centres. Anyone can benefit both financially and improve their health and fitness, by joining the scheme.

Do I Qualify?

Anyone may purchase an Optimum Leisure Card and may use it at any of the three Leisure Centres in Fenland.

What will an Optimum Leisure Card cost me?

Adult

£26.00 one-off payment

Concessionary - Under 16yrs, Youth (16 - 18yrs), Disabled and 60 Plus

£15.50 one-off payment

What Facilities are available under the Scheme?

Most activities available at the Leisure Centres are discounted under the Optimum Leisure Card Scheme.

How do I obtain an Optimum Leisure Card?

To take advantage of the Optimum Leisure Card Scheme please fill in a copy of the application form and take it to your nearest Leisure Centre.

You will also need to take with you:

• Proof of identification, showing name, address and signature (driving licence, membership card etc.)
• Proof of entitlement, if applying for a Concessionary Card (Birth Certificate, Passport, Pension Book, DLA Letter/DLA Benefits Book)
• Appropriate Fee.
