Bookings
How to book activities:
Ambassador Members - Bookings can be made either in person or over the telephone, online and through the Booking Pods (where applicable). Bookings are accepted 15 days in advance (7 days when using the Booking Pods).
Optimum Leisure Card Holders – Bookings can be made either in person, over the telephone or online Bookings are accepted 14 days in advance and payment is accepted on the day of the activity (7 days when using the Booking Pods). Please quote your Optimum card number if you wish to book over the telephone.
Non-Leisure Card Holders – Booking can be made either in person or over the telephone. Bookings are accepted 7 days in advance, but payment must be received at the time of the booking being made.
Cancellations – A minimum of 2 hours notice is required to cancel any fitness class or fitness studio booking, and a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel any other booking. Failure to cancel will result in a cancellation charge and advance bookings prohibited until the charge has been paid (Members and Non-Members).
Online Booking System
Booking activites are offered online at all three Leisure Centres.
General Information
Payment is accepted by cash or credit/debit card. Any payments made under £10 on credit/debit card will incur a 50 pence charge.
All users of the Lifestyle Health and Fitness Studio must complete a blood pressure check.
