Bookings
How to book activities:
Ambassador Members - Bookings can be made either in person or over the telephone. Bookings are accepted 15 days in advance.
Optimum Leisure Card Holders – Bookings can be made either in person or over the telephone. Bookings are accepted 14 days in advance and payment is accepted on the day of the activity. Please quote your Optimum card number.
Non-Leisure Card Holders – Booking can be made either in person or over the telephone. Bookings are accepted 7 days in advance, but payment must be received at the time of the booking being made.
Cancellations – A minimum of 2 hours notice is required to cancel any fitness class or fitness studio booking, and a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel any other booking. Failure to cancel will result in a cancellation charge and advance bookings prohibited until the charge has been paid (Members and Non-Members).
Online Booking System
Book leisure activates offered at all three leisure centres online.
General Information
Payment is accepted by cash, cheque (with a current guarantee card) or credit/debit card.
All Lifestyle Health and Fitness Studio and Sunbed users must be complete an induction.

Fantastic Savings of up to 15% on all activities (excluding membership).
