Do You Need Housing Options?
The Housing Options Team is based at Fenland Hall, March, however our service can be accessed in any of the Council's "@ your service shops". This service offers free and confidential advice to anyone who has housing problems or who needs help with finding accommodation. We offer advice and information on a number of Housing advice issues electronically.
Are you Homeless or facing Homelessness?
The Council has statutory duties to provide advice and assistance to people who are homeless or facing homelessness. If you are eligible for assisstance, in 'priority need', you are not intentionally homeless and you have a local connection with the Fenland district, the Council must secure housing for you. Wherever possible, we will try to prevent you becoming homeless. If you are homeless but not in priority need we will help you find alternative accommodation, by giving advice and assistance.
