Private Sector Housing

Fenland District Council recognises the importance of decent and safe housing for all residents and for this purpose we have a dedicated Private Sector Housing Service striving to achieve both national standards and sustain effcient, warm and safe homes throughout Fenland.

Housing Options

The Housing Options Service offers free and confidential advice to anyone who has housing problems or who needs help with funding accommodation. We also offer advice and information electronically.

The Climate Change and Energy Efficiency Service provides information and advice on how we can save you money on your energy bills and what grants are available to make your home a warmer and more efficient place to live.
