Service Standards

We offer customers a friendly, effective and efficient service based on the following standards.

Our service standard for telephone calls is that 82% of calls are answered within 20 seconds.  This is measured

quarterly the most recent results are for October to December 2008 and during this time the service achieved

was 82%.
