Fenland's District Wide Local Plan - Fenland's Development Plan is made up of the East of England Plan, the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Structure Plan, the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Minerals and Waste Plans and Fenland's Current Development Plan. Collectively, they set out policies that the Council uses to make decisions on planning application.
Fenland Communities Development Plan - Draft Core Strategy
The Draft Core Strategy contains the proposed policies and broad locations for the growth and regeneration of Fenland over the next 20 years.
