FACT Dial-A-Ride Service

  • Do you live in a rural location with limited or no access to public transport?

  • Do you have to rely on family and friends to take you places?

  • Do you have difficulty using local transport due to age or disability?

If you meet any of the above criteria you may be able to use Fenland Association for Community Transport (FACT) Dial A Ride Service.

Who are FACT?

Fact are a not for profit organisation in the Fenland area which offers a door to door service for people who cannot access local bus routes due to age, disability, living in a rural area with a limited bus services or not having access to a car.

What is Dial A Ride?

Dial-A-Ride is a prebookable service operating throughout Fenland six days a week.  The service is based on a timetable/route and local residents who have a bus pass can use this service free of charge.

You can join your local Dial A Ride scheme for a yearly membership fee of £10.00 per person which is payable on registering.  Journeys will then cost:

  • £5.00 for a standard return fare

Did you know?

  • Residents in Fenland who have a bus pass can use the service free of charge.  The only cost payable is the annual membership fee.

Please note that from June 2011 the cost of annual membership has risen to £10.00.
