This report gives our customers an overview of how we have performed in Environmental Health. We want our customers to see how we continue to meet key performance targets and how we are responding to customer requests.

How We Are Continuing To Improve Our Services:

We are making significant improvements to our website so that it will be easier for customers to understand what we can and cannot do for them. We will also make the same information available in leaflets that will be distributed through our one-stop-shops.

When you request a service from us our officers will contact you sooner to explain our procedures to you, let you know what will happen and explain how long it is likely to take.

We are reviewing our working procedures to minimise and simplify the paperwork we send to customers.
