Equality Assessments
At Fenland we are committed to providing high quality services to our customers regardless of their ethnic background, gender, sexual orientation, faith, disability, age, caring responsibilities, offending past or socio economic status.
In order to assess the impact that the policies and procedures of the Customer Services team have on the various minority groups we have carried out a number of equality impact assessments. For example one assessment deals with
