The Council has an estates management service which ensures that all of its land and property assets are being managed effectively across the district. The estates management service is headed up by the Valuation and Estates Officer, with support from the Business Premises Team.

In addition to these services, we offer a broad range of property, to rent and buy, to the public. Properties range from start-up serviced office suites at the Boathouse and South Fens Business Centre, to individual garage sites. We also offer minor and major residential development sites, single light industrial units at any of our five industrial sites and industrial and commercial development land.
