The Green Business Club is a free service for any local business looking for practical ways to save money whilst improving environmental performance.
What's the club about?
- Through the club, many businesses in Fenland are working to become more efficient, increase their competitive edge and save money.
- Membership to the club is absolutely free and available to any business regardless of size.
- The club is impartial and not for profit. It has been running since 2009.
- Our aim is to provide support to help enhance your business whilst reducing your impact on the environment.
- The club provides a place for businesses in Fenland to share experiences and ideas and most importantly to work together.
What the club can do for your business
- We host seminars and invite expert speakers in response to your needs.
- We provide opportunities for you to share your experiences with other club members and work together to reduce your environmental impact.
- We provide a free online tool to help you monitor and manage your businesses use of energy, water, transport and waste and your carbon footprint.
- We listen to any environmental issue you may have and wherever possible help you find a solution.
- We will recognise your commitment to taking action by awarding gold, silver and bronze certification.
- We offer information about grants and loans for environmental improvements you may wish to make.
