We regularly survey our customers.
This helps us understand what you think of our service and how we provide it to you.
We use this information to improve things.
Our last survey was in February 2012. 139 customers completed our on-line survey (after being referred to it when talking to us on the phone or visiting one of our Fenland @ Your Service Shops).
