Businesses asked what they need to help them grow

Businesses are being asked to spell out the sort of support they would like to help them thrive.

Fenland District Council is conducting an online survey asking businesses what their goals are, what is working for them and what is holding them back.

It is part of a joint move with Opportunity Peterborough aimed at developing a new approach to economic development across the district.

The survey is available at It will remain open until May 31.

The results will help to shape the sort of business support the council provides and the way in which it works with partners to create a "business-friendly" environment and break down the barriers to growth.

For information about the support already available to businesses, visit and follow Fenland For Business on Twitter @Fenlandbusiness.
