Our shops are changing

You'll notice a difference at our March and Wisbech Fenland @ your Service Shops later this month affecting how you pay for Council bills and find out about Council services.

Info

Between Thursday 17 December and Tuesday 22 December, we're doing some building work at these Shops. We'll still be open, but can't accept cash payments during this time (we can take cheque and debit card payments though; just ask a member of staff at the Shops).

From Wednesday 23 December, self-service payment machines replace our staffed Cash Offices.

Don't worry; the new machines are easy to use, accept cash (all £ notes and coins), debit cards and cheques. You can pay for all the same things, such as Council Tax and Circle Roddons rents.
Staff will be on-hand to help you get used to the machines.

From Monday 4 January you'll notice further changes. We're installing more self-service enquiry terminals so you can pop in to apply for, report and find out about all our services with just a few clicks of a button.
For more complex queries our staff will be on hand to help.

We've also added more forms to our website www.fenland.gov.uk . Just click on the buttons Apply for it - Pay for it - Report it to access our services at any time from your own computer; or at our Fenland @ your Service Shops in March and Wisbech as well as our Community Hubs in Chatteris and Whittlesey during normal opening hours.
